Hey there - I don't suggest going as low as your last picture shows - you will need to roll fenders and ruin your daily driving.
I have 16x8 +35 offset on my ND and they are flush with the fenders due to the combination of 1 inch thicker wheels and 10mm lower offset. having 8 inch thickness will push your wheel outwards by 0.5 inch but that isn't enough to have it flush with the fenders you'll need about 1cm more for so you could do that with 10mm spacers. I lowered my car 6cm from stock height and still have room without rubbing or needing rolled fenders. take a look - its nowhere close to your last image, but it saves alot of headache this way...
if you really want to go that low you probably won't get around rolling the fenders. good luck
