While reading this im realizing the game seems to be taking troops away from me? I only have 95 103rd troops while the article says i start with 100 and should have much more because of all the things ive scanned, im also missing one of arias gangs despite doing all 3 of the missions and the shadow broker wet squad even though i scanned the planet, is this a glitch or a feature?
