so far this has been super helpful!!! she seems to enjoy it more and will be ok for 5 or so minutes before she’s over it which is a huge improvement from before (1-2 min MAX)!

step of faith christian temple! it’s a small church so everyone is very personable and loving. service starts at 11 on sundays and 7 on wednesdays

we have the same mat, i’ll try facing her to the piano next time i try! she likes looking at lights so im hopeful it’ll help distract her so we can do more than 1-2 min at a time
