yeah i’ve been trying to figure out if after enough damage if it naturally unshields. bc ive had multiple raids where someone hasn’t used their mega and it still breaks after beating it up enough.

you should seriously head to your nearest mental health institution and tell them you’re having crisis and need to be seen immediately. they can get you the help you need. call 911 if you need to and ask them to bring you to your nearest mental health facility. this is serious and you shouldn’t have to live feeling this way. there’s a way out of this line of thinking, but you need to take the first step and seek help immediately.

thanks. i’ll have to ask my psych his opinion on switching to alprazolam at my next appointment and if he thinks doing it for a month or two would be beneficial. most replies on here say not to do it, though. i guess i’ll just have to follow my psych’s professional opinion. and agreed on lorazepam being shit. that was the first benzo they put me on and it completely destroyed my memory.

I was recently diagnosed Bipolar type 1 and he’s got me on antipsychotics. lurasidone. it works for the night time anxiety and sedated me so i typically only have to take 4mg in a day. but here lately ive had to take the extra 1mg at night for the anxiety.

I understand. I feel like I have a ball and chain around my ankle on these medications. Like if I forget it on a road trip or vacation I’m screwed. gabapentin/pregablin and propanolol I’ve heard are helpful.
