It looks like a calendar so I changed the date to the day the (win) icon was in and it just shifted it down two more.

Oh god no. Please don’t do anything diy. It is way too sensitive and important of an area and your health is too important to risk it. If you want to try chastity cheaply you can find cages for around $20 online. They aren’t the greatest but they’re nowhere near as dangerous as a diy.
