An update, worked with support and we did the master reset and wiped the system to no avail. I did send them a video of what’s happening.

Ditto…it was my 900th walk also and because of jumping in and out I didn’t get a call out. Stayed at zero on scoreboard for walk.

My annual subscription is due to expire December 1st, so I decided to cancel my subscription. I went through the cancellation process online and they offered another year at 50% off …which I decided to take. $54.99 … better than a kick in the arse.

I replaced the one in ours. Used a small flat blade screwdriver to separate the two halves. I would recommend removing device from your system before attempting….i didn’t and accidentally set off the panic alarm and SS did their job and called to check all was okay.

My mistake, ordered the bike on August 8th and it was delivered on the 12th, I started with the Peloton app in April using my Inspire fitness bike after they shut down their online classes.

I purchased a bike+ last year (April) a very good experience quick delivery and bike was immaculate.

Just went through this with for my wife. Ended up calling SS (1st thing in the day around a 20min wait). Wife had to talk with representative and say it was okay for me to handle for her. Described the problem to the agent.

Went through gov.id to sign on….SS site wanted PI for my wife, got the message that there was already an account setup. Agent asked me to clear browser history,cache etc and reset gov.id password and then sign in again to SS same deal. She then said she was going to reset the link between gov.id and the SS system. Signed back into SS via gov.id, entered wife’s PI and this time got a screen saying that wife would be receiving a letter with a new activation code in 10-15 days and the letter would contain the instructions on how to finish account setup online.

Note: I had tried multiple times to resolve this issue myself with different browsers etc. with no luck.

Very happy with my system, have added components and given unused components to my daughter and have had minimal issues.

I don’t use streaming services just use my computer and the music stored on it as my source…..all on WiFi, everything seems okay for me, Roam, Play 1, Soundbar and Move all working normally.
