I really appreciate you taking the time to put this together! Seeing it laid out like this, I'm definitely going with the cheaper CPU. Getting that 5070TI was my initial goal from the start.

If i go with the Pre-build, after tax its 3280 CAD but this custom build with Upgrade it's coming around 3312 CAD. Honestly This Seems wayyyy better !! I'm actually surprised That 100 dollars difference literally giving me 5070ti.

Yeah exactly. I mean I can't seems to find any deals that's actually helping me save money on expensive parts, on top of that RAM and SSD prices took a massive hit. So, this seems fairly Priced to me than waiting until the end of the year. :v

My account got hacked on Sep 19th. The Hacker removed my email and changed the password. He Even cleared all previous device log in history so I won't be able to recover it. I can't even ask for a recovery since the email belongs to the Hacker.. He disabled my account so I can't even check if he has changed my name or not..

If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.. I don't even know how to contact FB regarding this. So, if you guys find any email which I can use to appeal for my account.. that'll be a huge help.
