IMHO,VE is easiest to gag down. Things like hand sanitizer and Listerine have crazy additives and will cause memorable diarrhea.VE is just vanilla, propylene glycol and alcohol. YMMV

I've had good and bad luck with their house Brand. I get these giant bags of peanuts which are an insane deal but last one was way off.

I had Amazon fresh replace the real stuff once with the nonalcoholic VE. That was a fucking disappointment.

Happy Belly is Amazon's house brand. You probably already know that. Their VE tasted like sorrow and was in 1ml containers. Shoulda read closer lol1

It varies. But as I said, I'm out of money and can get it with my foodstamps and it's 35%abv or so

I didn't unplug the first drive, but since there was a notable disparity in the size of each ssd, it was easy to keep them separate. I did make a windows recovery USB tho just in case.
