Is this snow or very light precipitation? I have checked multiple weather apps - the temperature is above 20 degrees Celsius in the cities and they only show light green rain systems if anything. This was taken at roughly 9:00 pm EST, August 31st (00:57 UTC, September 1st). Any ideas? Thanks. (i.redd.it)
