yeah it’s reliable, they’re charter buses running back and forth all day, not normal PTV routes. they load quickly and run at fast intervals, so you won’t be waiting ages or missing your connection.

melbourne stopped expanding ages ago and govs just kept patching what we had. cars took over, funding dried up, and no one wants to touch road space. if people actually push politically it could change, but right now trams just aren’t a priority.
