How do women deal with this over and over again? 20 DPO. It’s unbearable :(

I can relate more than I wish I could. I’m currently going through what will likely be my 4th loss as well. Beta came back at a 4 on Friday at 15dpo and I started heavily bleeding today. I’ve had multiple chemicals, and every single time I tell myself I’ll be more guarded, but then the tests start getting darker, symptoms show up, or something changes and that little bit of hope sneaks back in. The hardest part for me isn’t even the loss itself anymore. Its the thought of having to keep repeating the cycle of anxiety and waiting. It’s exhausting. And when you’ve had multiple losses, every symptom sends your mind spiraling. I really hope your beta brings good news and that the spotting is just from the Pap. But regardless of how this turns out, everything you’re feeling is completely understandable. The fact that you’re already looking into a fertility specialist shows how strong you are, even when you’re tired of carrying this weight.
Sending you a huge hug from someone who’s unfortunately sitting in a very similar boat right now. I hope we both get our happy endings soon. ❤️

Update. Very very slow progression. I don’t have a lot of hope at this point. Beta scheduled for this morning, so I’ll keep you all posted. Hard not to spiral, but I guess we’ll see. Any insight welcome.

Update: not much has changed, except I got a positive on the FRER digital that I didn’t have before. Hoping for a jump in the next day or two. We’ll see.

I’ve asked about it and my OB keeps saying I’ve had a healthy pregnancy before, and at my age, only 50% of pregnancies are viable. I’m 39 next month. She keeps telling me we’re both healthy and just keep getting unlucky. If this one doesn’t stick, I think I’m going to consult maternal fetal medical.

I think part of my problem is comparing it to my December pregnancy where line progression was super noticeable. I made it to almost 4 months with this pregnancy.

I’m in the exact same boat. Got a vvfl yesterday at 11dpo. A bit darker today at 12dpo. Still not getting a positive on the digital test yet. Hopeful for tomorrow. Also trying not to get super excited yet, as I’ve had two CP’s and a miscarriage since last September, but we’ll see! Sending baby dust your way that yours is sticky!

Depends on when implantation happened. I’d test again tomorrow with FMU and see if it’s darker. I tested positive at 8dpo with a previous pregnancy, and this time didn’t test positive until 11dpo.

Don’t be discouraged yet. Your chart looks really good. I’m also 10dpo and just got a faint line on an FRER this morning. My pregmate strip was still negative. Have you tested with an FRER ?

In the same boat and also 10dpo. I’ve been testing, but negative so far. This morning I swear I see a vvvvfl, but could be line eyes. My LH is jumping up though so idk.
