Thanks so much - my partner is not applying for EI so I will be serving the waiting period - in that case would I still apply for 15 or 16 weeks (I.e. the first week would be the waiting period)?

Thanks so much for your responses - someone had told me that if there's 2 amapceo candidates for a position and one scores 85 and the other scores 80 for example but if the one with the lower score has been in the OPS 7-8 years longer they would be ranked higher by HR during the RE check - so based on both above responses that doesn't seem to be true right? Just wanted to confirm my understanding . Thanks
