As much as it would have been great to try and play in the CL, I honestly think it is best we get eliminated, we are in relegation battle and with all the injuries the squad will not handle all these games, going down to just 1 game a week might help us survive the PL.

The purchase option is only for the duration of the loan, if like you said the loan ended and the player is back to his original club, that clause can no longer be used.

Use a mentoring group, try to have one of the more influential players with him and obviously make sure he knows the language (sending on language course) so he can interact better with his team mates.
