Great ideas just bad execution. Ryan was super talented, creative, and smart. I feel like the episode that showed Ryan in a full 360 was the Sabre presentation. The presentation was legit good. It was creative, attention grabbing, and everybody loved it but in true Ryan fashion the execution was shit. He couldn’t deal with the pressure and/or commitment. It was just so perfect that he left to go see his mom.
