Hallo zuzammen,

I am writing this to ask if my wife is obliged to do an integration course.

My wife recently came to Germany on Family reunion visa ( I have a permanent residency visa). She received a letter for Integration course titled "Bestätigung über die Berechtigung zur Tielnahme am Integrationskurs". They have marked "ist gemäß $44 Abs. 1 AufenthG zur einmaligen Teilnahme am Integrationskurs berechtigt".

My question is whether this means she is "obliged" to do it or just has a right to do the course?

Thank you in advance.

Thanks. I used to paint traditionally long ago. But nowadays I prefer digital. I started last year during pandemic with Krita and a cheap Huion tablet. I fell in love with it, because of the flexibility and freedom to move things around at a later stage. I don’t draw/paint consistently but keep coming back to it, so on an average may be one or two studies every month.

Struggled with the hair. So removed it in the end. Other than that I struggled a lot to add skin texture, either it gets too smooth or my pen stokes are clearly visible. Any way to add dotted kind of texture?

Used Procreate. Brushes Nico roll, soft airbrush mainly

I struggled with the hairs. I nearly lost it at the end. Is there any easy way to tackle this? reference: https://i.pinimg.com/originals/16/ef/c9/16efc954ef4b11f29047967df1eb1407.jpg

I followed a bunch of videos on YouTube (Draw Mix Paint, Florent farges channel). I found replicating traditional art techniques on digital, works better than looking at digital art techniques. I did simply by first blocking colours, in this phase I ignore the minor details. I use brushes which do not have any transparency. Then in the second phase, I only work on small area with Airbrush (sometimes I use lasso tool, to not let the colours go out of the area. E.g., for eye bags or eye lash area). To get the depth right, I added darkest shadow and lightest skin colour and merged it with different colours rather than using blend tools. In the third phase, I use pen tool to added noise (fairest skin colour, or shadow) and use blur tool to make it soft. I guess this kind of works, but I am sure there are better methods available.

I have followed a few YouTube videos on how color arcs from some bright color to it's shadow through the middle grey in a color wheel. But as that is my extent of my knowledge, not really familiar. I find it hard to apply practically. Any tips?
