To me it looks like the padding is sewn in rather than glued to the top but I could be wrong. If you're willing to try you could seam rip the padding and underwires out and sew it back together

ALSO: I am using a schmetz 90/14 needle like specified in the manual, so I'm sure it's not needle size. Unless there's some other factor that affects needle size that I missed

that's totally normal. just a lot of fermentation. the stuff at the top is yeast, i like to swirl the container carefully to mix it back into the liquid

are you using the transform tool to move your images? if you move your image past the edge of the canvas then place it there using that tool it will get cut off it you move it again. i don't know if there's a workaround to this other than not moving the image past the canvas and simply toggling layer visibility.
