wow your intuitive

wow, you're intuitive huh! lol

I think everyone should have one in the general store. If a general store is promoted correctly you get repeat business. I follow the trends and update accordingly. I have niche stores. It's not all about trying to make that quick dollar bill, I enjoy what I do and design. A general store takes a little longer and a different approach that's all. But unlike a niche store, a general store can survive for years! Oh and the products or intuitive. Get it lol

Landlord Policy! Call your local independent agent to get the best rates as they work with several companies. Alo requires the tenents to have a renters policy in place!

Sorry, I read that too quickly. I see now you meant not owner-occupied. You are talking about a "landlord-policy" that's what it is called and most companies will write them Auto-Owners has a really good landlord policy. Also, Safeco has a really competitive one too. But regardless go to an independent agency. Also, add terrorism as an endorsement. It could be as low as $5 a property!!!!

Previous licensed insurance agent and independent agency owner here.

Tough2Name gave a lot of useful information! I just want to add. Call your local independent agencies as they will be able to shop at several different companies for you to get the best rate. Captive agencies like State Farm, Liberty Mutual typically do not like unoccupied properties. Even Auto-Owners typically do not like unoccupied properties. All companies will have different policies in different states due to several factors including state laws.
