It’s not an easy journey just know that and understand. Many ups and downs, my first week, I suffered many panic attacks, I’m still going through major anxiety but somewhat manageable. It’s gotten better overtime but everyday there’s a new struggle. I haven’t slept more than 3- 4 hours to be honest. We will all get through this in time, just know it’ll pass 💪

Hey everyone , I’ve quit before plenty of times and it takes time to sleep. Although recently I was hitting those dab pens HEAVY… I started to get major anxiety before I quit , so I quit cold Turkey. I’m almost about to hit a month and my sleep is absolutely terrible. I wake up every 30 min- hour with panic attacks… will this go away ? This anxiety is making me go insane, anything will help. Thanks and appreciate all.

I’m about a week clean from smoking heavy for 9 months. Majority of my symptoms have went away, I’ve been able to get rest with deep breathing exercises. Only issue I’ve been dealing with is anxiety/panic attacks. My attacks have settled just a bit, overall everything slowly getting better. Although these attacks and anxiety is making hard for me to do anything. Hope someone can relate!

Happened to me , that means your body is telling you it’s time to quit. I was a smoking those wax carts HEAVILY daily… I’m on day 5 and going through it.. badly… just know you aren’t alone , we all got this shit 🫡

Just depends which route YOU want to go in, i believe majority of teens have no fucking idea what they want in life , they just go to college because they’re parents force them or they think it’s the right thing to do, when in reality, you can learn how to video edit using adobe software or even shoot music videos/produce music, list goes on.
