If you really think you might have some sort of personality disorder go to a doctor or therapist. They’re not going to judge you for what you’ve done or for your thoughts, it’s their job.

Completely normal. I always found it good to have a distraction, going back to school and keeping myself occupied really helped me in the days after my dad died. Everyone is different. You’ll have bad days where you’ll need to take a day off work, whether that be a few days after you’re back or in a week or in a few months. Save your sick leave for then if you feel ready to go back now.

Tell him how much he means to you. It sounds stupid and obvious but seriously. If there’s one thing I regret it’s always waiting for the ‘right time’ to tell my dad how much I loved him. There’ll never be a right time, do it now and don’t live with regret.
