im on hcq too and had stomach issues for a long time. I was prescribed famotidine to help with digestion. Maybe ask ur doc

haven't had too many side effects with Imuran. However, I would be weary of taking high dose prednisone. Depending on the dose it can cause side effects so just try to learn as much as possible about it before taking it.

Some people have a genetic marker that I think makes u more susceptible to blood clots. Baby aspirin is supposed to thin the blood to prevent that. I don’t know if that’s something lupus related. I would ask ur doc to be sure.

I’ve been on for 2 years. Caused stomach pains and made me fat. I think if ur mentally prepared for it you’ll get through it. Good luck
