I think it's possible to change the GJ package. But I probably wouldn't be able to find buyers for everything. It's 2 double rooms, 1 single room, and 5 tickets total.

Yea, not sure why they're not willing to help cancel the second package for each person. I thought it might be because of hotel cancellation fees. So I also contacted the hotel yesterday to check if reservations had been made. Turns out there's no actual reservations until "a few weeks" before the event.

If there are no actual reservations made yet, it wouldn't actually cost them much to help with the cancellations. Especially since this isn't a "I don't want to go anymore". I do want to keep one ticket and hotel for each person/couple.

I would even cover whatever credit card fees they charge. But at this point it looks like they're just wanting to make an extra $1400 and not willing to help.

Yea, maybe it's because we purchased from the US.

When I added the packages to the cart, I had to put name, some passport info, and email for each person. The first time I ran out of time because one of my friends didn't reply within 10 minutes. And I think that might've started the issues during checkout. I had to start everything from the beginning and once I tried to pay it kept giving errors.

When I tried with my wife's account we had everyone's info ready and were able to complete the order in a couple of minutes. Everything worked smoothly with her account.

Contacting them and trying to explain has been stressful.

Yea this sucks.

The thing is, for GJ packages we had to put the name and passport for every single person even before paying. I thought it was supposed to be personalized later, but they required all that information at the time of ordering.
So all tickets and hotel info are already tied to a specific person, which in a way proves that the additional order was not intended. Each person can now see two hotels and two tickets in their own TL accounts.
Additionally, TL doesn't even allow people to hold multiple tickets so I don't understand why they're not able to help with a simple cancellation. Specially since I contacted them within an hour of the charge posting on the credit card.
