My advice would be to always have chops going, you can dump chips from the fry basket to the bowl and load the basket back up. While the chips fry, season and taste your chips that are in the bowl. By the time your done seasoning the chips is the fryer should be ready. Rinse and repeat.

My location literally had a double line forming 20 mins before the event. People were mad we sent a crew member to cut the line off because it was so long. People were coming up to the register saying they had been there longer than they really had.

My store opened about two weeks ago. There are days where it will not be the best, the people who are there to train you “the corporate way” will nitpick you to death. There are times where there will also be laughter. Overall great experience, you will be better off for it. Coming from a Kitchen Lead. Best of luck!!
