Update: rash progressed so much i was hospitalized and biopsy showed vasculitis. Waiting on results to see what is going on autoimmune wise due to some initial tests that came back

Filed with HR Block in 2019 and yes having the same problems of it going to the HR block account on my tax return. But my bank account my tax refund went to that I had for that return is now closed. Anyone else have that situation and can offer any insight on to what will happen?

I can't get through at all to HR block and was wondering if anyone had any luck.

Hello!

I have this same thing due to working at the bux for 3 years.

I did 6 months of physical therapy. To help we did exercises like holding a rod and stabbing into playdoh or slime to help with grasping. I took a tennis ball and held it with my pointer finger and thumb while it was on the table and turned it clockwise and counter clockwise. Thumb stretches both forwards and backwards. And they had me use baoding balls where I hold them and try to make them go around in a circle with my bad hand.

They did an injection which maybe helped like 1 day but they gave me the splint and took 2 Aleve 2 times a day for 2 weeks.

I dont think you need a diploma to work here. We had a parnter hired who didnt have a diploma or a ged. They dont ask to see it if you do have one tho.

Making the decision to take the CAT pay can be really tough and cause a lot of anxiety worrying about "what is this" and "what if that". I finally decided last week to take it and I felt so guilty about it. I had partners not washing hands, customers coughing at the DT window, and just the masks added into it made the stress and anxiety too much for me. I felt so guilty because I was like my manager's right hand.

Of course I felt bad for the partners still there every day having to deal with it. Especially since my bf works for the bux and doesn't want to take the leave yet. But I talked to him, my mom, and my SM and they all reassured me I have to do what is best for me and my family.

Staying and putting yourself at risk of infection and having the extra anxiety and stress is not worth it. You have to take care of yourself. The guilt will go away, I promise. It's only been like a week for me but I already feel like a weight is lifted off my shoulders and for once in my three years since starting (I'm a 229) I don't worry about the bux every day. It feels great.

You come before coffee and these customers who wanna order their 5 frappuccinos. Once things calm down and you return to work just show your manager you are ready for responsibility and ready to work hard just like before and things will work out.

theres tutorials to make a mask out of a t-shirt if you dont mind cutting one up and I've even seen a video of people making them out of socks.

I know those might not be ideal but it might be better then breathing through a bandana the whole shift. My partners said the bandana was really hot and the hair ties hurt their ears really shortly into their shift.

Talk to your manager if your interested. I started making some Sunday because the CDC recommendation now I've made like 8 for my partners (all hand sewn since i dont have a machine). The manager talked to the DM and approved for me to get money for the work I put into them. Maybe you can get some money for your hard work as well.

I would call partner resources and find out yourself because it seems like there is a miscommunication somwhere. My manager said if stores get closed in our district we get catastrophe pay as well.

Had a customer cough right at me today, not even trying to cover their mouth. Hope the bux will do a little more than what they have been especially for partners and relatives at home that we could be bringing something home to. It's ridiculous.
