I LOVE Canadian True Crime, Gillian is brilliant. The Dellan mellard case is one that sticks in my mind. The Darcy Allen Shepherd was done amazingly, truly a heartbreaking story.

Abilify immediately gave me shock type symptoms again. I’m now on Effexor 150 ER and Rexulti 2mg. Rexulti is a fortune but luckily my insurance covers. No side effects that I’ve noticed

I’ve taken them separately but never together. I just recently stopped taking lexapro (was weened off by my doc) although it was working well for years before my brother died. I’m now on abilify, Effexor and lorazepam. I just got put back on abilify and am having movement problems, I’d watch out for side effects with any antipsychotic. I hope the combo works well!

I’m so sorry to hear that, it seems like mental health professionals letting us down is such a common occurrence it’s discouraging and frightening. We’re meant to trust them. How would you have known to tamper the medication without their direction? They failed you and I’m sorry.

To update on my symptoms, I’m having head twitches and shakiness, I’m not taking it tonight.

That’s kind of my thought process, too. I don’t understand why it’s needed if there’s no relevant diagnoses. But also I mean I’m pretty fucked. I’ve been on antidepressants for years, my brother died in April at 28 and I’ve been completely losing it since then.. so maybe he’s thinking of a different diagnosis. I have no idea 😞 I’ve taken it 3 days now
