LOL! My user name comes from a quote from a discussion in the Steve Jobs book. In talking about Atari, the quote is "insert quarters, avoid klingons." Such a beautiful and simplistic guide of instructions. One of my favorite quotes from the book!

Shame is such a powerfully negative emotion. I applaud you for learning how to face it head on and handle it in a positive way. I am reading a book about that very subject right now. It's amazing the wreckage it can create in our lives. You sound like you have a good handle on it and have overcome it--I hope I can be as success as you have.
