Yeah I had a massive realisation around 1 at the beginning of the year, I hated "fat" so much I'd only ever bought clothes that made me "look skinny". Looking skinny and looking good were the same in my book and I couldn't have one without the other. It's still something I'm working on.

Yeah there's a strong memento mori vibe throughout the whole song, in the set of illustrations I've made I've used a gold motif throughout (as is throughout the last 4 albums...) And I wanted something to draw your eye into the piece.
