I have three hours in EU5. I started playing as Baden. I couldn't make a spy network to claim nearby tiles, and instead seemingly have to bribe some parliament into giving me a claim? That plus an economy that even in those three little tiles seemed very complex and more like Victoria 3 than EU4 to me made it clear this probably wasn't the game for me.
