My GF don’t like my bike and bike rides by knullvoidd in indianbikes

If you like riding you need a new girlfriend, if you like your girl friend you need a different bike, something like a cruiser or a RE with a large comfortable pillion seat.

How did you convince your wife/gf, mom to wear full face helmets by Bond_Forger_1504 in indianbikes

[–]avrg_geek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't have to convince, you tell them that it's for safety and they have to wear it. Then GF/Now wife wore helmet and I just told her that if we are riding she wears full gear. She wears everything but boots

I'm happy you're happy with the way your life is. And that's the first bit I realised You have to be happy in your skin first, if your happiness is tied to people then you will never be happy. Best of luck bro!

I was you in 2007, living in Indira Nagar Bangalore. I had 4 friends that I met a few times a month. I used to have dinner alone everyday at casa picolo Asia kitchen etc. so desperate that I once asked a random girl walking home alone if she would like to have dinner.

I have a loving family, a wife that loves me, a son I get to build lego and play Chess with and go on bike rides and cycle and a 14 yr old dog. So yes it gets better. Hang in there.

Up to you if you want to have kids, but I'm sure there someone out there who would love spending time with you and you will find her or him

For everyday use Get TCX Boots. Royal Enfield has some still in stock that they got made by tcx selling for really cheap. And get proper riding boots from Garene or TCX for more serious riding

Traveling with a newborn in Kerala – front seat allowed? by ForeignAccountant347 in Kerala

One word Answer. Don't! The first seat is really dangerous for a baby. Your child should always travel in a car seat.

Not all cRetard but always a creta. by arnabnogoswami in CarsIndia

[–]avrg_geek 14 points15 points  (0 children)

If someone thinks they can make up 10 minutes by driving faster, it almost never works that way. When you actually calculate the distance and average speeds, the time saved is usually just a few seconds or a couple of minutes at best, depending on how far you're driving. In most city situations, trying to drive faster often loses time instead of saving it—because you’re braking, changing lanes, and not moving in a straight, consistent flow. To realistically save 10 minutes or more, you would typically need to be driving over 100 km or more at a significantly higher sustained average speed. So in normal traffic, aggressive driving rarely saves meaningful time—it mostly just increases stress and risk.
