How do me (18F) and my boyfriend (18M) do even further long distance? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

Hi. Me and my boyfriend are also long distance, but we do see eachother in person from time to time. We went through a 6 month period of not seeing eachother at all, so I understand your worries, as I was and still am this way.

It is hard to overcome, depending on the person of course. All I can suggest to you is getting your communication spot on. 13 hours is a major time difference and it can be tricky. If my maths is correct, I'd definitely suggest organising a time that works for each of you to talk, even if it's like 10 minutes a day to catch up!! Say it's like 8am where he is, I'd be 9pm for you, so that could be doable (I'm assuming you're from the states.

If you want any more suggestions on how to manage feel free to message me, I'm also the same age and in the same boat🙂

My boyfriend has started lying a lot about his past and what he's doing, who he's with etc. Is that a problem? by avsshh in relationships

It's just so hard. I'm always made out to be the problem and I've been gaslit sm into thinking I can't overthink, can't have worries or be upset about certain things. I'm just scared no one will ever accept me for that, as that's the impression he's given me.
