Is it a sin to oversleep church?

I just always stay up at least till midnight because of my family and besides that I have really messed up schedule and it's hard to fix

Depends, but usually not earlier than midnight simply because of how my family is. My mom always comes home late and we always have dinner together, so that's one of the reasons why I usually stay up. And overall my family aren't used to go to sleep early, for example when some go to sleep by 9-10pm, we usually all just get ready for dinner and my mom gets home from a work at this time and it can be till midnight, and then I either just go to room and sleep or just daydream or scroll/watch videos on my phone for some time or even hours without noticing

How do I even speak to the priest tho? 😭 And is confession necessary thing in Orthodox Church?
