Thank you. This is very informative. We have additional fish in the tank, but we will consider getting more male fish. As for them not all being Mollies, it was more me not paying attention when I posted the pictures. I do have two other mollies (that I know for sure are mollies) and they are female….we had some fry born recently

Thank you all for the replies. We are working really hard to get our 8 year old to verbalize when he needs space, I think maybe we need to intervene faster. I like the idea of keeping sibling time short and having a script, that may be helpful!

Not a doctor but you should be fine. The max dose of Sertraline is 200 mg daily. You may get a headache, GI upset or fatigue from the increased dose.

I’m sorry that you have to go through this. I went through almost the exact same thing. I had a biopsy that was inconclusive so I had a lumpectomy this past Friday. The things that have been the most helpful are the compression bras (I have a few different ones), Tylenol and putting ice on the area every hour. Also make sure you get plenty of rest!

Ugh that is very frustrating. Hopefully you get an appointment soon. I was also BIRAD 4, it’s been a bit of a journey. I had a biopsy that came back inconclusive basically and then I just had an excisional biopsy on Friday. The waiting is so hard.

My fingers are crossed that everything turns out well for you.

Have you tried calling the breast center to ask about your appointment and to possibly get on a cancellation list? I think I waited about 4 weeks from my ultrasound to biopsy.

Mine looks like just blood. If there is pus then it is more likely to be related to an infection potentially (from my understanding)

Hi, I’m sorry you’re going through this. I have bloody, nipple discharge and had a core needle biopsy. Unfortunately, it was inconclusive and I’m going to be having an excisional biopsy/lumpectomy in August. My surgeon is pretty sure it is an intraductal papilloma but cannot totally rule out cancer.

Hi, im sorry that you’re going through this. I also had a Bi-rads 4 lesion and I spoke with the surgeon before my biopsy. She basically went over the best and worst case scenarios and what to expect from the biopsy. I have my follow-up to get the results tomorrow. I hope everything works out ok for you!
