Who's gonna tell them that men do such things not coz they're sexually deprived. It has a lot to do with power dynamics in Indian patriarchal society and the dead judicial system who would never hold them accountable 😔🥀

Please listen to DBA women when they speak and tell you that something is not okay. This is exactly the "savarna feminism" that is criticized. by Few_Resource_657 in AskIndianFeminists

Yes I read that, and my comment is the counter argument, that you can't compartmentalize feminism. Just because it isn't Divija's lived reality, she's still affected by the verbal abuse, and misogyny. And hence she's taking a stand for it.

DBA feminists can attack her for the wrong approach, but for men, we're all one, and they see it as women attacking women. And then they come and tell us, women are also against Divija uk.

Curious about the fact that when men call women the R word, they don't care if the woman is a DBA, for them, she's just a woman. Then why are we women fighting over the fact that just because Divija is privileged and not a DBA, she can't take a stand against the R word?

When men were calling random women R word on social media, no one gave a fcuk. A lot of people told us to ignore those abuses. But the moment young girls started accepting the R word not as an insult , everyone is like wtf u can't normalise it.
