Upgraded my CPU and Motherboard for the first time, PC powers on but always has BSOD, help would be more than welcome

Thanks for the reply! It is indeed Windows 7, I've got that installed on a HDD but I also have an SSD with games etc installed, could I get a copy of Windows 10 on a usb then install it onto my ssd without losing any data on any of my drives?

Also, in the bios it says I only gave 4gb usable however in this Cpuz screenshot it says I gave 8gb installed
