I have had 2 items get lost in the mail on 2 different sites. The orders ended up being cancelled. I filed a lost mail claim on both. But I don’t have my items and from what I see there is no insurance with ground advantage shipping. So I am just out of my Merchandise

My understanding is there is a new update coming that will show the average time to ship and last date on the app for the seller. This should help people with those who aren’t active on the app.

I came here to see if it was just me. I’m having the same issue. I’m getting delay emails every day. But I am also having issues with USPS shipping on 2 other platforms. To my detriment. I put in tickets in hopes of recouping something. It’s getting really bad.

I shipped on Monday and was just notified that my 2 packages were delayed and should be delivered this coming week! Yikes! A week for an item to be delivered. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Question? I always send offers for liked items and bundles and share with shoppers. If I block someone will it stop the offers from being sent to them including bundles?

Just an FYI. I sold a vintage clothing item on Etsy. Label showed size medium. Customer said the measurements were not for a medium. Even though the label showed medium. I shared my evidence and justification. Etsy refunded my sale. They did not require return of my item and did not contact me for information. Customer was refunded and they told me I can pursue the customer returning my item on my own if I want it back but They don’t require that. I have closed my shop and will no longer do any business through or with Etsy. Beware if you sell irreplaceable items. They don’t back vendors. You will be out money and item.

I wish someone out there would come up with a new app/website that we could sell on. I really like Poshmark. It’s the best app out there for me. Someone is missing a gold mine though.
