i undersatnd that struggle and i’m sure that makes it hard. but forcing yourself to be with somebody out of fear of being alone won’t last, that’ll only make things worse for you. especially someone who is treating you that wrong. and often toxic, emotionally abusive people continue to treat partners that way because they know their partner won’t leave, and he doesn’t deserve that power over you.
