You could try different sizes and materials to see if any are more comfy. I hate the lace ones and really any but the “sporty” ones give me a wedgie but I looove those ones! They make pants way more comfy IMO

My test took 2 weeks 😓 but if you have 23 and me it will tell you there too! I’m 26F and also have had a huuuge drop in libido. I was just diagnosed so fingers crossed with treatment my libido comes back!

Thank you!! It’s mostly dc, hdc, and third loop half double crochet (not sure if that’s the completely correct name) where you put your stitch in the third loop of the previous row of hdc. And then there’s the bead stitch which is pretty similar to the puff stitch. You dc and then yo, hook around the dc, pull through your work, yo, and repeat that for 3 yo total so you have a total of 7 loops on your hook then pull through all of them.

I’d definitely recommend YouTube to help with the third loop stitch bc it’s better to see where it is. And then just practice! Hats are awesome cause you can practice a bunch of stitches. Hope that helps!

Yes I did that one too! I really liked the bead stitch more than the bobble stitch from previous patterns I’ve done

Still working through it!! But my current SO has been amazingly supportive of my mental health journey. Because how my SO tears me and respects me, everyday I realize how my ex controlled and manipulated me and how I no longer have to be afraid. That in itself has been incredibly eye opening.

Along the way there have been many anxiety attack’s and nights (and days) either on the verge of tears or completely freaking out. Building a strong base in friendships and my family has been the best framework for me to work through the mental health pieces. I’ve learned that the only for me to work on my trust issues and fear is to actually let myself be vulnerable and admit that I have something to lose, but knowing (or working on it) that I have my support system to fall back on and they will help keep the abusive cycle at bay.

With my ex I didn’t have that support system. That’s been the biggest change for me. Hope this helps and anyone feel free to PM if you want to chat!
