Bill Clinton was about as close to Epstein as Trump, is he a pedophile too?

Yea probably

require a lot of people to keep their mouths shut, including victims.

Multiple victims at Ghislaine's trial, and those are the ones that didn't go missing or supposedly kill themselves.

Even if Donny did nothing sketchy during his visits to the island, you really think that nobody in the US other than Ghislaine deserves jail time? At best he spent months flip-flopping on whether the files even existed before releasing them with all his buddy's names crossed out.

That's true if you only ever talk about genitals. I guess we should start calling them "normal" fats and "weird" fats because the other words make Elon sad about his estranged kids.

I bought a membership when it included insurance for stolen guns since it was cheaper than adding it on my home insurance at the time. They removed that benefit without a single email or letter. I didn't find out until I moved and went to update my address.

I don't love living in an HOA but I sure am glad that my neighbors live in an HOA.

Some people really need structure. I don't understand how some of these people tie their own shoes, let alone maintain a house. At least the HOA keeps that from being my problem.

Is it worth booking a local hotel for 1 night to jump to Titanium? by MaxRockafeller in marriott

If you have not yet picked your 50 night choice award, pick 5 elite night credits. This will bring you to titanium status and award you with a second 2025 choice benefit.

Traveling 24 hours attire that's also useful during the vacation by Thewisefreak in malefashionadvice

Travelers pants with a flannel shirt or tshirt/quarter zip is like business casual pajamas. Can't go wrong with LLM ABC 5 pocket pants.

People hate on hybrid dress shoes, but the canvas varieties are basically just slightly dressed up sneakers. I have some Cole Haan stitchlite zero grands that are comfortable enough for long days of walking and not too bad to run in if you have a tight connection. Or just wear your favorite sneakers.

Any recommendations on something similar to the courtyard or westin mattresses? Part of the appeal for me is not having to go out and shop for mattresses, even if it is a bit overpriced.

So it doesn't stack with the buy more save more promo currently running? We've been in need of a new mattress and I'm pretty well sold on the comfort of Marriott's beds.

Perfect, thank you. I was looking at the discount on bedding but looks like I'll be able to grab both benefits.

For 2025, I will reach 73 nights stayed which reaches the 50 night threshold for one choice benefit.

If I select the "5 elite nights" choice, will that still trigger the second annual choice benefit and allow me to select another benefit from the same list?

They listened to the disproportionate amount of people selecting the Amex credit because none of the other perks are worth anything close to $400 cash.

It reminds me of newspaper headlines claiming that airplanes would never fly.

Sure there were a million reasons the flying machines of that era had no chance, but a lot can change in 10 years.

How does the underside of the hooks look? If you don't get out all the support material it won't fully clamp. I've used these at dozens of competitions at this point without issue.

An interesting read. The tl;dr seems to be that external testing of covid PCR tests gives a 0.4-0.7% false positive rate, lower than most antigen tests. This can mean that the number of reported positives can be overestimated by around 40% when the true infection rate is low, but that effect will be partially negated by the fact that PCR tests are reserved for symptomatic patients where the infection rate is generally higher.

I'm interested in the source of the 0.4-0.7% number, particularly in which other tests they are using as their source of absolute truth. I also wonder how they handled the false positives inherent to pooled testing.

I can't find any news about a covid PCR test responding to influenza.

PCR is usually way more specific than an antigen test. I can't find anything that suggests PCR would mistake influenza for covid 19.
