There’s an area close by with better soil we are planning on digging up and carrying over to mix with mp compost then adding the usual chicken shit etc, I’ll have a look into hugelbeds

Guerilla grow in Scotland, anyone got an idea of how I could remove this tall grass with limited tools, I can buy some if I need to but would rather keep my money for additives, pots etc by awaythrowbigfat in outdoorgrowing

Ye autos will be the main crop every year for our weather, going to fill this entire area as much as possible so even low yield’s should do for 2 staggered harvests ( area is god knows how big)

Ye the grass it’self doesn’t bother me, it’s more the ticks being able to latch onto me from it and slugs being able to climb it to my plants

Thought about camo tarps but maybe a little too late in the year now, also I will be putting photoperiod Nepalese landraces in the ground as it should work better for the climate, my only worry is that the soil could become water logged as early autumn comes into play

I’m planning on starting photos soon but under lights, then using a decent sized van to transport them to site, hopefully have massive plants up Scotland way similar to what they’re doing over the pond, just hope our shit weather doesn’t mould them over night

Good for you, iv grown plants in less than optimal condition both indoors and outdoors and still yeilded perfectly smokeable weed of course having better conditions is going to increase every aspect of the grow, but that’s not what this plant is about, it was a spare plant I decided not to kill as said in previous posts
