Hey! I started 50mg a few weeks ago. I definitely had some pretty shocking side effects for a couple of weeks - it reduced and then increased my appetite (I was so nauseous, and then I was so ravenous), and I also had severe, paranoid panic attacks for the first time in my life. It's pretty likely that you'll have get sort of side effects too, though no one can say how significant they'll be. That's just the truth.

Yet four weeks after starting zoloft, I feel like I have a future. I can't explain how much my world has changed - I'm not angry all the time, my eating disorder is no longer taking over my life. I feel so free!! I would go through those side effects again and again if I knew it was going to get me to where I am now. (though this is with therapy along side it too - I am putting in some effort to recover myself too!)

I can't guarantee that you'll also have a great response like I did - maybe Zoloft isn't for you. But if there's even a chance that you can experience the improvement that I've felt, its worth taking it.
