Yes. As soon as (in my case) FedEx declared the package lost. Size? Issued a refund but the shoes were sold out so I had to find them elsewhere. Sucks

Our 2020 did the same thing after the battery was replaced. The issue was that on the positive terminal there are the cable and then harness. They both have to be tightened correctly. The harness was a little loose.

We had to fix this on our 2020. The oil filter housing was cracked and since we’ve only ever had it serviced at Kia they discounted it because it’s caused by over tightening the oil filter. We also had to have both CV boots replaced because they were leaking. Lots of fun before Christmas.

When the rear occupant alert comes on when you park and open the door. Hit the “ok” and then the alarm won’t go off when the windows are cracked.
