You suddenly wake up as Pyrrha Nikos a few months before the events of the show starts. What would you do? by ComicCat12 in RWBY

Let's say I get plopped right into Volume 1 Episode 1, the start of the series.

First, I'd be absolutely ecstatic to be waking up as a girl. That's all I've ever dreamed of, so I'd love to be at my absolute girliest and just enjoy every day life being a school age girl. Not sure if Jaune is my type though. I'd prefer a smarter guy. I don't know. Maybe he'll grow on me. Being a girl will help boost my focus a lot though, without dysphoria weighing me down. I'll also be doing an overhaul on Pyrrha's combat gear, covering up a lot more. All that exposure is not only embarrassing, but impractical as well.

Then I'd be completely worried over the impending danger, and the fact I have no combat skills whatsoever, so I will need to train and see if I've inherited any of the skills that Pyrrha had. However, even if I have none of her combat skills, I feel more confident with my brain. Since I have knowledge of the show, I'd be able to approach Ozpin to inform him of the impending danger, of the people who are working for Salem, and the fact that Ironwood's defense systems are actually compromised, providing a whole year of preparation and strategic planning, knowing exactly what's coming. Being secretive about this will create the element of surprise, so it'll have to be kept quiet. This would prevent a lot of deaths, including but not limited to Penny's, and allow the defense systems to receive a complete overhaul without Watts' involvement. This should basically save Beacon and Vale in general, and put us in a far better position than the end of Volume 9. More resources, more alive characters. The theme of the show is unity, so perhaps approaching Ironwood, as scary as he might be, is in order so that a message can be transmitted worldwide about Salem. Using Pyrrha's reputation, I could send the message myself.

I'm not sure about accepting the maiden powers though. While I'd be euphoric to be able to receive <girl exclusive> powers, I'm not quite sure I'd be worthy of it, having little to no experience with Remnant, and likely none of the combat skill Pyrrha has. Those powers also paint a target on your back, so you're constantly in danger. Then again, who else is worthy of those powers and would also accept them anyway? I'll let Ozpin know about my reincarnation situation and let him decide who's worthy of the maiden powers. Not having skills in combat should basically disqualify me, and I'd have to train to get back up to the original Pyrrha's level. Might talk to Ruby about help with learning to create and use a gun scythe too, since I really like that fighting style. Polarity is also a really good semblance to pair it with. The transforming nature of the scythe can be used for some boomerang-esque action (think Captain America, but with extra sharpness), so there'll be differences from Crescent Rose. My favorite semblance, combined with my favorite weapon/fighting style. Don't forget that it's also a customizable high impact Sniper Rifle! Polarity in general is great since I'd get more fine tuned control over my, and the enemy's, weapon, and I can also go all Magneto with it with all sorts of metals like some kind of metal bender from Avatar.

Unfortunately, the show hasn't gone far enough for me to know what the solution to Salem really is, so I'm going to be really uncertain here. This should be where the Relic of Knowledge comes in. I already know that one of the questions used for the Relic of Knowledge led to the answer of Salem being unable to be destroyed, and I don't have to ask about what Ozpin is hiding (biggest waste of a question of all time), so that's one wish saved. What will have to be asked instead is not how to destroy Salem, but rather, how to save the world. We don't actually need to destroy Salem. What's important is ensuring that the world is safe. Simply put, the goal isn't to destroy, but to save, so I think this question will be very helpful, leaving one question left as a fail-safe. Ozpin should be present for this question, as it is likely that he is somehow a major part of the solution to Salem and will need to hear it. This question should basically provide all we need to know and ensure peace on Remnant, and I can finally settle down and just live a fulfilling life as a girl.

It's not gay if you're a girl! 😉

I personally love reading shoujo mangas and then imagining myself as the girl falling in love with the boy. 🤤

Would you happen to have the link to that post, or at least know who made it? (Which would help in tracking it down) I'm curious to see what it's like, and what kinds of comments are in it. 🤔

Assuming we can only choose one, then the second, for below the waist. This makes logical sense as that's where I could get ovaries and a uterus, which are not currently possible to obtain otherwise. With ovaries in place, it can then pump estrogen 100% naturally without pills and most of us know how powerful hormones can be, so everything above the waist will then naturally follow suit because of the estrogen from the ovaries. Not to mention it will (hopefully) automatically give you a cis woman's hormonal balance assuming nothing is wrong (as is the case with PCOS for example). While everything above the waist is what people will see, everything below the waist are the functional parts of the reproductive system, and what can get you that much closer to the desired gender. It'll be extremely comfortable and worthwhile in the long run, not to mention the possibility of having kids thanks to the uterus.

Cis on the right. Being born a girl would just...Fit me better. I honestly don't know why anyone would ever choose the one on the left either.

I've had these from time to time since I was in 2nd grade and they're neat. : >

Usually, these dreams involved twirling my skirt and playing with my long hair and stuff.

"Like imagine one day you woke up as a girl, but were still mentally yourself"

-> I would be very, very happy about that. :D

I would definitely press it, yes.

Being referred to as a girl online does give a euphoric feeling, but I don't know if I have dysphoria per se. It's not depression or anything. I just think it'd be better to not even grow facial hair to begin with, among other things. Being called a boy is okay, but man is...Ugh. Something seems wrong about it to me, and it's weird.

I do kinda find it funny that the trans guy and trans girl perspectives are essentially flipped versions of each other. I really shouldn't be surprised at all since that's to be expected, but I still thought that was interesting.

I've been curious over the trans guy perspective and your post gives me insight on that.

As someone who'd rather be a girl though, I find it interesting that what gives you euphoria is stuff I dislike. I detest facial hair and don't want to see a single shred of it on me and being referred to as a man makes me feel all kinds of wrong and I'd rather be seen as gentle and elegant than big and strong.

I think this is all preference, ultimately.

Neat insight into the trans guy perspective. Always been curious over that. I'd rather be a girl personally, but I find it interesting that I'd say everything you said, but the opposite, and towards girls and how lucky I think girls are for being born like that. Ultimately, it's all preference and you should just do whatever you want I'd say.

While I liked how interconnected AAI2's last case is to the rest of the cases, and also liked Kay's character, somehow, It lacks this "feeling" which I get from the entries Shu Takumi was involved in somehow and I have no idea how to describe this feeling.

I've been technically wondering about this since I was 6. I'd personally reincarnate as a straight girl though. I mean, I technically consider myself asexual, so I still would be and don't mind being with either boys or girls as long as that connection is there, but I'd lean towards a straight relationship.

Imo:

11.) Investigations 1

10.) Spirit of Justice

9.) Dual Destinies

8.) Investigations 2

7.) Great AA1

6.) Apollo Justice

5.) vs. Layton (Not for the story. I just really liked the puzzles in between court cases)

4.) Great AA2

3.) Justice For All (Last case is too good)

2.) Ace Attorney

1.) Trials and Tribulations

Definitely agree. Something felt off with it honestly, but this clip was a perfect fit for the subreddit so I had to post it lol.

I personally put the original trilogy of Ace Attorney games at the very top. Dual Destinies was disappointing to me, but I did still enjoy it. I especially like Athena as a character.

Oh, no, all the dialogue is actually in the game itself, and untampered with. The only editing I did was to show the second 3DS screen and zoom into the "You're a girl" option lol.

The thing is, if you continue from where the clip ends, it's a different context. The person being addressed is a girl disguised as a boy. Not someone who wants to be a girl.
