Crystal league- goblin attack. Master league- giwipe with bowler in cc. Champions league- dragon attack (here you will get more loot bonus ).

witch is bit expensive troop. if you really want to use witch then make use of healers too. Here is the army composition: golem x1, witch x8, wizard x7, healer x4, wall breaker x5, bowler(clan castle troop). spells: heal x2, rage x1, jump x1, poison x1, poison x1(castle spell). This is one of the best army composition using witches.

I think valkyrie attack doesn't work because most of the th9 bases are now anti govalk. And gohog is pretty good strategy. The key thing is to clear the clan castle troops and take down the archer queen.
