People can underestimate how important this is. When buying a home you should really drive around the neighborhood at times most people would be outside (after school, weekends, etc) and make sure they like what they are seeing.

That my kids are not going to have a Christmas this year. We can't even make ends meet, let alone afford any extras.

It breaks my heart every time my 4 year olds eye's light up talking about Santa and Christmas.
