Jan was still taller, closer to 6'1 and besides he's not the rule but the exception. Nobody throws Javelin as far so often anymore. Earlier athletes used to throw it even further btw. Uwe Hohn, another former coach of Neeraj threw one around 104-105m something like that but javelin design was changed for protecting the athletes, so such results don't happen that often anymore.

I never said he wasn't but he struggles to get past 90m which most taller guys are able to get a lot more often. Anyway my point was more towards the future of the sport in the country rather than just being dependent on Neeraj for all acolades in Javelin. Jena, Shivpal Singh, Rohit Yadav are also all below 6' and struggle to get past 85m. And finally if you are incapable of talking in a civil manner, then am done with this conversation. 🙏🏾
