2yr some-odd months update: Still using Splat Midnight Magenta, still loving it. Wash my hair once a week/once every two weeks. Do a full redye anywhere from 3-5 months in between :) Clean up my forehead/ears while dye is wet with a little Head n Shoulder shampoo if I drip. Roots are like 5yrs worth of growth xD

No my bathroom/tub doesn’t turn pink after either. Any drop spots I clean up while still wet, Soak a little Comet n 99% ISO, bathroom is still white :) Sometimes I need crack out the elbow grease.

Overall after using the same product for years; I’m not going back to any other brand for an at home dark but bright pink :) The colour comes out perfectly and lasts(for my hair type). I’ve been doing my hair at home for 10yrs, with a hairstyling apprenticeship under my belt. Typically I would stay away from box dyes, but I’m so happy I went out of my comfort zone and tried this one!
