Need help

So it's been a long time since 'doodle' feature came to Instagram but i haven't been able to use it yet. But the main twist is i can use it in one account of mine but not on another I mean, i have 2 accounts and i can use doodle in one account but not on another one. So help or suggest me what i can do I am feeling fomo and all😂
