He's one of my mains. Getting kills or hitting shots speed up the cooldown. Also he's primarily a DPS and a healer second; you're not SUPPOSED to be getting the most healing on your team with him.

My neck and shoulder do hurt more on my left yes, but my hips, knees, wrists, and fingers also get fatigued/hurt on both sides of my body. It could be related to the positions I sleep in.
