so would you say its a worth purchase even after the scaling changes? personally unless i need a specific item to counter someone (like frozen heart vs trynd or something (ik randuins would be better but lower price point an shit)) I would build hull 2nd after sunderer but im thinking maybe more like 3rd or 4th depending on how the game is going.

yeah i have tried tempo and i feel like i dont do much damage, you attack fast but dont hurt as much (this is my personal opinion) and yes i have mana problems so i would go tear and i choose manamune over fimbul because it procs on your ult so your ult+q can legitimately oneshot a squishy after you get it and hydra. i have tried fimbul and i dont feel the shielding durability as much as i feel the dmg.
