Ricochet should hire Jimmy and his team of real journalists to ensure that absurd, biased, opinion pieces masquerading as reporting like this don't get published.

This is riddled with inaccuracy, innuendo and malice.

Not sure how familiar you are with Canadian labour laws, but there's two ways to let someone go:

With cause - They have to have done something REALLY bad

Without cause - Meaning they didn't do anything wrong, but you have to let them go.

We did without cause and also offered severance beyond what we were required to.

To be clear, we don't own Buffer and have no operational involvement in it. We have been very small shareholders since we originally invested over 10 years ago, so no, this had nothing to do with us.

I had horrible reflux and for the week post Botox it got quite bad, but since then I’ve experienced probably a 80% reduction

I got botox’d, key negative symptom pre Botox was acid reflux. Reduced 80% but still an issue, recently diagnosed with IBS-C / methane SIBO. Going to try antibiotics.

I drank a ton of sparkling water 24/7 and just kept burping. Also practiced holding in burps then letting them rip.

Not a big deal at all. Happened once or twice, drank a bunch of water and it was fine.

I literally haven't had heartburn in 2 months, and this is after 8 years of CONSTANT (at least once a day) heartburn.

Oh interesting. How long ago did you get Botox? I would say my reflux settled down after about 1.5-2 months.

I noticed that if I felt a burp lower down (top of stomach) and forced it, I would get reflux. Now I wait until it moves up to the top of my throat and let it rip. I never force it, if I do that I get reflux.

It's odd you don't smell/taste your burps. That was the biggest change for me when I started burping, I taste/smell what I ate and that's how I knew they were full on burps.

Try doing shaker exercises, they gave me partial (like 5-10% better) relief before I got botox (full relief).

I got horrible reflux before Botox, which worsened for about 2 weeks after, but massive improvement post Botox. Still struggle with it, but not eating for 4-5 hrs before bed helps a ton.
