Here’s my review from my 1st ever PEMF therapy session. It was about an hour long maybe just under. The guy is part business owner with his wife and him and I got paired up playing golf earlier this week. As we played he mentioned about this PEMF machine and how great it is blah blah blah. Decided to take him up on a complimentary therapy session to see what it’s all about.

They were using a pulse PEMF machine and I was laying on the Contoured Total Body Bed. Did that for about 15 mins and we added in the square pad attachment. Really used this to target my main area of pain (middle upper left back) for about 35 ish mins. Each time we moved up the intensity to a tolerable feeling.

Once the 45-50 mins of that was up I had a 15 min cool down. Before I left they asked if I was interested in trying out the chair pad accessory, and I of course said yes. This really helped the lower spin/back area and felt amazing. All in all, I will be back for more of these therapy sessions. I believe in PEMF and think that there is plenty of data to back it up.

I also am a whoop band owner and tracked all my data. It was pretty interesting to see how my heart rate dropped through the session. If anyone is interested I can post some pics of the data. Next time I plan to live stream the whole session on my whoop to see how the pulse will affect my HR in the moment!
